How do you introduce yet another rewards program to a country like Singapore?
You make it seem like the first and biggest rewards program ever created.
No need to be shy about it. Instead of just revamping our clients existing rewards program, we made it seem that this was the first ever rewards program in Singapore. The concept we came up with was “Life’s Bigger when it’s Red” and what better way to manifest this in Singapore than with a giant chilli crab.
This was a full 360 campaig>n covering outdoor installations, print, online and social advertising as well as the actual work of creating the online redemption platform and mobile redemptions programme.
